With over 40 years of experience in successfully handling real estate matters, Joseph Girardot is highly qualified in complex real estate issues, including loan modifications, short sales, title problems, title insurance, tax deeds, foreclosures, wills, estates, and trusts as well as corporate matters. In addition, Mr. Girardot is a licensed real estate broker with the Georgia Real Estate Commission and has served as an adjunct professor of Business Law for Georgia Perimeter College and as a part-time judge for the Dekalb County Recorder’s Court.
John S. LaRose grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where his father practiced law for 40 years. He studied French language and literature at Louisiana State University and has extensive international experience, having studied, traveled, and taught English as a foreign language abroad. He also taught at undergraduate institutions in Louisiana, Indiana, and Georgia prior to completing his legal studies at the Georgia State University College of Law. In addition to real estate law, his areas of legal practice include immigration, general civil litigation, and appeals.
